The Gods and Goddesses Wax Museum

For your first foray into Ancient Greek culture you will be learning about Ancient Greek gods and goddesses. You will be tasked with becoming a “wax museum model” of that god or goddess to share with an audience. You will be required to complete: A research paper, a model of a temple to your god, a speech to present to your audience, and make a costume so that you can look like your god or goddess.

Choosing your god/goddess (in class)
Complete your research paper (50 points)
Complete your Speech (30 points)
Complete your temple and costume(outside of class) (10 points each)
Have your speech memorized
Be ready for a rehearsal (in class)
Day of the Wax Museum (Parents are invited)
